1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on our products within 15 days from the date the item is received for unused items, and 30 days from the date the item is received for defective items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and with appropriate packaging materials for safe travel.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Downloadable software products.
- Digital codes and keys.
- Gift cards.
1.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly over email, chat, or phone. Any and all items deemed defective upon inspection will be either replaced or refunded at your request. Shipping label cost will also be refunded to you if the item is determined to be defective.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Right to Widthdrawal:
You can request a refund if you have made a mistake or would like to cancel your purchase as long as the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped you will have to return the package for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated time, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for further assistance.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support.
4. Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our customer support for instructions. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are only refundable if your product has been determined to be defective upon inspection.
4.2 Shipping Speed and Insurance
We process your item within 1-2 business days.
Our standard delivery is usually 2-5 Business days, you can however pay for expedited shipping of your choice during checkout.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The carrier you use will ultimately be responsible for any packages not reaching our return address.
